City of Charleston Seal

The City of Charleston has partnered with key local organizations to make the Green Business Challenge (GBC) possible. For GBC participants, our partners are here to help!

Living Green Fest
Carolina Green Fair

Living Green Fest's purpose is to create excitement and enthusiasm for green products, services and technologies available to the residents of South Carolina using an environmentally responsible forum of education and entertainment. For the past 9 years, the event has been known as the Carolina Green Fair, but to more aptly represent the event, it has been renamed to Living Green Fest. The same programs will still be offered, but with additional resources to help attain a healthier and happier lifestyle.

MUSC
MUSC sees the evidence every day of the relationship between our environment and our health. They led the way last year by having three buildings in the GBC. This year they are partnering with the GBC to share the merits of the GBC with the vast array of businesses that touch MUSC. They will also develop a training related to developing a healthy work environment.”
