Outdoor Dining Expansion Ordinance

On January 12, 2021, City Council adopted new rules to maximize outdoor dining opportunities by food and beverage establishments on private property and public sidewalks in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The new rules, contained in the attached ordinance, run through January 10, 2022.

Please note that new applications will not be accepted after August 31, 2021, as staff determines the next steps for the program ahead of the January 10, 2022 expiration date.
