Musical Performances:
Ziggymoto is Charleston’s freshest ‘Worldbeat’ band, melding influences from African, Cuban, and Caribbean traditional music with American Pop, Jazz, and Rock, forming their own unique and eclectic style. The band is made up of some of Charleston’s most versatile musicians; Tyler Ross on guitar (Charleston Jazz Orchestra and the CofC Faculty Jazz Ensemble), Gerald Gregory on piano (Charleston Jazz Orchestra and the CofC Faculty Jazz Ensemble), Jake Holwegner on bass (countless local bands), and Steven Sandifer on drums and percussion (Dangermuffin).
Deninufay African Dance & Drum Co. is a dance co. that not only specializes in African dance but also in contemporary, stepping, Bohemian and praise dancing as well. Deninfuay’s mission is to uplift and encourage our youth one dance at a time!Participating Businesses:
