The Lowcountry Teen CERT Explorer Post is looking for young adults 14 to 20 years old. We meet at the Charleston Police Department on every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.:

Teen CERT Explorer is a year-round program that educates young adults about emergency preparedness and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Our goal is to prepare them for life's personal emergencies as well as careers in Emergency Service!

A program of Learning for Life, The Explorer program provides a unique career exploration program for young men and women ages 14 to 20. Exploring offers learning combined with fun-filled hands-on activities that promote the growth and development of adolescent youth.
