Keep Charleston Beautiful, Charleston Parks Conservancy, and Charleston Waterkeeper are teaming up for an Earth Day Litter Cleanup. The Parks Conservancy and Charleston Waterkeeper will be splitting up to tackle the West Ashley Bikeway, while Keep Charleston Beautiful will be managing volunteers and the cleanup of the West Ashley Greenway.
