On Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 6 p.m., the City of Charleston will hold a Public Listening Session
on hotel development-related issues at the Charleston Museum, 360 Meeting St., Charleston.
In February of this year, the mayor and City Council directed the city's Department of
Planning, Preservation & Sustainability to study the issue of hotel development on the
Peninsula. The purpose of the study, currently in progress, is to further assess the effects of
hotel development on the area.
All interested members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
