Beginning at 5:00PM today (Tuesday, December 11), the Customer Access Portal (CAP) for online Permits, Inspections, Plans and Business License management will be offline in order for important system updates to be completed. The updates are expected to take a few hours to complete, and normal operations will be restored as soon as possible.
Other online payment portals such as Municipal Court Online Payments, Recreation Online and Parking Citation Payments Online are not impacted by this maintenance.
