Online Portals to be OFFLINE for Maintenance (Thursday January 24 After 6:00PM) – Notice to Customers of Recreation Online (RecTrac), Customer Access Portal (CAP / EnerGov) and Police to Citizen (P2C) Online Portals
Beginning at 6:00PM on Thursday, January 24, the following “online portal” websites will be offline for maintenance: Recreation Online (RecTrac), Customer Access Portal (CAP/EnerGov) and Police to Citizen (P2C). The web pages associated with these systems will be completely inaccessible during the maintenance period. These portals will be brought back online after maintenance is completed prior to the start of normal business operations on Friday, January 25.
Other systems, such as the City’s Official Website, Parking Tickets Online Payments and Municipal Court Online Payments will remain online during this time, as they are not impacted by this particular maintenance.
