Due to the expected cold temperatures this evening, the city of Charleston’s warming shelter at the Arthur W. Christopher Community Center, 265 Fishburne Street, will re-open at 8 p.m. tonight, Sunday, March 7, 2021 and will remain open until 7 a.m. tomorrow. Guests must arrive by 11 p.m. to be checked in.
