Is it ok if I'm early or late to the drop off site or the designated hours don't work for me?

For the program to operate effectively, City staff need to present at the drop off site when residents arrive.  Staff are only scheduled from 2 PM - 5 PM and will not be able to arrive earlier or stay longer than 5 PM.  If you are running late, please hold your mattresses for the next scheduled time, or you may reach out to BedShred to have your mattress picked up and hauled away for recycling at your preferred time.  Visit https://bedshred.com/ to schedule your pickup, please note there is a fee for this private pick up service.  Thank you for your cooperation on this matter!
