In 2018 the City released the Housing for a Fairer Charleston Report that highlighted our housing crisis, identified 35 tools for zoning/policy, funding, education, and capacity building, and 103 seperate recommendations under these tools.
The City recently released its 10-year comprehensive plan, that focuses heavily on housing.
