Occupation

Councilmember Shealy is the owner and operator of the Kevin Shealy Insurance Agency, which supports hundreds of West Ashley families and businesses daily. Previously, Councilmember Shealy was a manager for Charleston Parks and Recreation and served as Assistant Athletic Director at Charleston Southern University, where he managed all business operations before entering the insurance industry over 20 years ago.
