After which, only the names of the respondents will be publicly announced. Responses received after the scheduled due date and time will be rejected. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package marked on the outside with the proposer’s name, address, and the solicitation’s name and number. Each proposal must be submitted to the initiating division.
