Bids & Requests
The City of Charleston is very pleased to make available, to the public, all bids, proposals and requests for qualifications issued by our Procurement Division and Capital Project Division. We strive to keep this site updated with the most current solicitations and addendum to all listed procurements.
All proposal or bids are subject to the terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications. Responses to all solicitations will only be received until the stated date and time. After which, only the names of the respondents will be publicly announced. Responses received after the scheduled due date and time will be rejected. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package marked on the outside with the proposer’s name, address, and the solicitation’s name and number. Each proposal must be submitted to the initiating division.
