Certificate of Construction Completion

A Certificate of Construction Completion Occupancy (CCC) is required to occupy and use any newly constructed building or change in use/occupancy of an existing building or portion thereof.  All work must have a completed permit before a CCC can be issued.

Please note the following:

A CCC closes out the permit and satisfies Certificate of Occupancy requirements for single family and duplex dwellings

In order to operate a brick and mortar business in The City, both a Business License and a Certificate of Occupancy are required in addition to the CCC. 

The CCC will be issued to the permit holder and will not be issued to any other party.

New Occupancy Workflow is intended to assist contractors, designers, owners and tenants understand the City approval phases from new construction and tenant renovations/changes to opening the business to the public.
