About Parking Enforcement
Parking Enforcement is responsible for ensuring citizens abide by City and State parking laws. This is accomplished through patrols and dispatch calls for service in an effort to ensure parking compliance.

Appealing Parking Tickets
If you want to appeal your City of Charleston parking ticket, you must make an appointment with an adjudications officer within 30 days of the date the ticket is issued. Please sign up for an appointment by clicking the link below and scheduling by using the month tab at the top of the page.
