The online portal cannot locate any parking citations, but I received an email/letter saying that I have outstanding fines. Why can’t I see my exceptional citations? You can identify all outstanding citations on the portal unless approved for a payment plan. For these types of payments, the City only accepts payment through the mail or in person. If you are still unable to locate your citations, please contact 843-724-7375 for assistance.
What happens if I buy or sell a vehicle? A bill/affidavit of sale in the current owner(s) name must be submitted to receive a residential parking digital decal.
I am a renter, but I cannot see how to purchase a one-day pass booklet? One-day passes for guests of renters are not available for purchase online. Renters are allotted fourteen (14) one (1) day passes each six (6) month(s) lease term. The renter must provide a copy of his/her guest vehicle registration, identification and length of his/her stay. The cost of one (1) day guest passes are five (5) dollars per day not to exceed fourteen (14) days. Renters without a current residential parking decal must provide a valid lease agreement in order for his/her guest to be issued any one (1) day parking passes.
