BRIDGE Academy

B.R.I.D.G.E (Building Resilient Innovative Data-Driven Government Employees) Academy, is a professional development opportunity designed to equip city employees with valuable skills in process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and leadership. 

Since its launch in 2021, BRIDGE has trained 90+ city employees across multiple departments, empowering them to tackle organizational challenges such as reducing costs and redundancies, streamlining workflows, enhancing data collection, and fostering collaboration. Graduates have successfully applied their skills to improve city operations and drive positive change within their departments.
