Small Business Administration South Carolina Resource Guide 2019 (PDF) provides information on advocacy, capital, contracting, counseling, and disaster assistance. 


The SC Department of Employment and Workforce links individuals with federal and state programs for small business owners, including the Federal Bonding Program and Work Opportunity Tax Program.

The Charleston County Public Library Business Center offers resources to help businesses achieve their goals. All library branches offer affordable printing, copying, and scanning services. For extensive research, one-on-one consultation with CCPL’s Business Librarian is available at the Main Branch.
