The annual Turkey Day Run will take place Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The race will begin in Marion Square and go south on Meeting Street towards White Point Gardens. Runners will continue through the South of Broad neighborhood to King Street and then return to Marion Square. The route will be closed to traffic from 8:45 a.m. until the conclusion of the race.
Key Times
- 7:00 a.m.: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
- 9:00 a.m.: Race Starts
- 9:45 a.m.: Awards Ceremony in Marion Square
- 10:00 a.m.: Children’s Fun Run begins in Marion Square
- 12:00 p.m.: Event concludes
Vehicle access to several businesses and residences will be limited during the race. Officers will be stationed along the route to assist with traffic flow and neighborhood access.
