HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)

Program Overview 

HOME is a federal grant program administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that provides funds to local governments and states for new construction, rehabilitation, acquisition of standard housing, assistance to homebuyers, and tenant- base rental assistance.

For over 20 years the Department has been receiving HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from HUD. HOME ProgramThrough the implementation of the activities noted above our HOME program has been able to contribute to a number of projects, more that include:

  • 14 Drews Court rental home
  • America Street Rental Initiative (69 America Street)
  • Grandview Apartments
  • Historic homeowner rehabilitation (159 Romney Street)
  • Seven Farms Village
