BOOK TEE TIMES ONLINE

UNUSED TEE TIMES ARE EXPECTED TO BE CANCELLED PROMPTLY ON A PER PLAYER BASIS at least 24 hours in advance of tee time.

Those failing to cancel tee times will be subject to a $10 per Player No-Show fee.  Repeat offenders may be subject to loss of booking privileges. (See below for Instructions)

  • Please check the CALENDAR OF EVENTS prior to searching for available times.
  • Tee times are available up to 7 days in advance beginning at 7AM
  • When booking times online, you may choose to 'Continue as Guest' or log into your Webtrac Household account
    • City of Charleston residents are required to have an active household account to be eligible for resident discounts.
  • A credit card number will be required for all bookings online or through the Pro Shop.
  • Green fees are paid at check-in on day of play.

CANCEL TEE TIMES ONLINE

  • UNUSED TEE TIMES ARE EXPECTED TO BE CANCELLED PROMPTLY ON A PER PLAYER BASIS and, at minimum, 24 hours in advance of tee time. (ie.  If 3 of 4 players intend to play, please cancel the 4th slot so it can be filled).
  •  All cancelations can be done online or by e-mailing:  golf-course@charleston-sc.gov.
  • FAILURE TO CANCEL TEE TIMES WILL RESULT IN A $10 PER PLAYER NO-SHOW FEE AND MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF BOOKING OR PLAYING PRIVILEGES AT THE MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE

TWILIGHT PLAY (First Come, First Serve)

 Currently beginning at 3:30PM, players may enjoy the course for $15/player on a first come, first serve basis.  Twilight play is walking only and is good for as many holes as can be played on that day only.  Rain Checks are not available during Twilight Play.

To better serve as many customers as possible, please help us by following the following guidelines:

*Notice for City of Charleston Residents*

In order to receive City Resident discounts on green fees, you must have a registered "Household" with the City of Charleston Recreation department. 

To create a household, use the link below to access Rectrac and enter the requested information:

*When registering on a laptop or desktop PC, you will click on "Login" and follow instructions for household registration.

*When registering on a smart phone, you will click on the 3 bars on the top, left of screen to find the "Login" option and follow instructions for household registration.

Create City of Charleston Household

*If you have participated in Recreation programs or booked tee times with us before, you will have a username on file and will need to follow the "forgotten username" instructions to recover your login information.  Username and Password recovery options are accessible on the Household Login/Create page.

  • To minimize lines and questions, we recommend completing your household prior to the course reopening.  The Rectrac portal is available 24/7.
  • If booking a tee time online (preferred), your household will be saved in the tee sheet, and you will simply need to show us your driver's license with matching address upon arrival.
  • If booking over the phone or in person, our staff will search the Rectrac database for your household using the phone number you provided.  
  • All players in each tee time must provide household information to receive discounts.
  • All City Residents must show a valid drivers license with matching City address when checking in to play.
